11:00 a.m.Grab a sweet treat from McBride’s Bakery

Get a leisurely start this morning. As you head out for the day, stop at McBride’s Bakery, a local favourite. Grab a box of colourful doughnuts, a butter croissant, or a gooey cinnamon bun to fuel up before your action-packed day begins.

1:00 p.m. – Tour Hell’s Basement Brewery and get a lesson in Medicine Hat history

Head on over to Hell’s Basement Brewery, a bold and modern brewing facility named for a famous quote by Rudyard Kipling. Check out the taproom and test taste some of the beers brewed in-house, including Ryes Against the Machine, a silver-medal winner in an international beer competition.

3:00 p.m. – Stop for a pick-me-up at Zucchini Blossom Café

After spending the earlier part of the day test tasting beer, stop in for a treat and a coffee pick-me-up at Zucchini Blossom Café before continuing your tour. This neighbourhood café has great coffee, gourmet baked goods, and a friendly vibe.

5:00 p.m. – Grab a brew and a bite at Medicine Hat Brewing Co.

Head across town to the Medicine Hat Brewing Co. that has been around since 1912. The brewery has an industrial style with lots of exposed brick, a tin ceiling, and ornate details.

7:00 p.m.End your day at Industry Pub

Wrap up your brewery tour at Industry Pub, a proudly Canadian joint with a huge menu to choose from. The pub prides itself on serving Medicine Hat beer, fresh food, and a cool, laid-back atmosphere.
